Meaghan McLoughlin, PhD is a 500 Hr. E-RYT yoga instructor and psychologist whose work focuses on the intersection of systems, identity, and embodied experience. She integrates research, reflection, and somatic practice to support individuals in developing internal authority and living with greater alignment in their daily lives. Meaghan is happiest when she’s just practiced yoga and she has time to take a deep breath and read by the ocean with her dog, Dolly.
