Yogi Meaghan is a compassionate, intuitive yoga instructor.
With a lifelong interest in yoga, Meaghan intensified her daily practice to navigate life's challenges, injury, body pain, and develop a greater sense of inner peace. Ram Dass tells us: “The shadow is the greatest teacher for how to come to the light.”
Meaghan has completed her 500-Hr. E-RYT program with Brett Larkin and the Uplifted Yoga School. In addition to this study, Meaghan has been committed to daily self-study (svadhyaya) and rigorous teacher practice to refine her skills in yoga instruction.
Residing on the South Shore of Boston, Massachusetts, USA, she finds fulfillment practicing with the welcoming and fun community at Balance Studios in Cohasset, MA. Meaghan enjoys the teachers she practices with daily, and has even followed some of them on retreats to improve personal practice. Her teaching experience encompasses both private one-on-one sessions and group classes, catering to individuals ranging from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Her expertise lies in vinyasa-style flow classes, adeptly adapting to the needs of each yogi, whether it be through slow flow, yin/restorative, or dynamic power flows. She has worked with diverse age groups, including young children, adolescents, adults and seniors, tailoring her approach to suit each individual’s body, perspective, need, and experience.

“For me, yoga is a tool to transition from “me,” “my problems,” “my story” to feeling in-tune with a universal intelligence that has my best interest at heart. Once I feel like a thread in an interwoven tapestry of genius, I worry less.”
