Flow.

It is March 2024.

Think back to January 2024, when we set intentions, resolutions, and looked ahead to the beginning of the new year. I set an intention with one word: FLOW.

Tired of gripping and white-knuckling my way through life, I choose to let go a little, and see where life takes me and where I can soften and accept the way things are, rather than hoping for what I wish could be. FLOW.

Like a yoga flow: challenging, purposeful, flexible, intentional, and dare I say- able to support one’s truest sense of self and tapping into intuition. Listening and growing- the flow is about acceptance and breathing.

I set a word or phrase for a new year each December/January. I’ve been doing it since 2019. (FYI, 2019 was GROW; 2020 was HELP; 2021 was THANK YOU MORE PLEASE; 2022 was LET GO; and 2023 was STRENGTH).

Did you set an intention or describe your “word of the year” for 2024? If you did, how’s it going, how does it show up in your life today, and do you revisit it frequently?

See you on the mat.

Namaste, Meaghan
